Purpose & Objectives

Maisha Benevolence Association operates outside of the public domain. Members interact with one another and the Association solely under private contract governed by Common Law and the constitutional rights to freedom of association and contract.

The Association aims to foster mutual benevolence, shared services, self-determination, and community uplift among members in a spirit of goodwill and collective advancement.

Terms & Eligibility

Acknowledgement & Waiver

Voluntary Association: Membership is voluntary and subject to Board approval. Rights & Privileges: Access to private facilities, communications, products, and services. Dues & Fees: Member agrees to pay fees according to the tier selected.

Members' acknowledges that Association activities, advice, and services occur strictly in the private realm and do not constitute public or licensed commercial services. Member waives the right to bring regulatory complaints in public jurisdictions.

Confidentiality

Termination Policy

All proceedings, materials, records, and communications of the Association are strictly confidential and intended for internal member use only.

Either party may terminate this agreement at anytime with written notice. The Association reserves the right to revoke membership for rule violations, breach of confidentiality, or undisclosed reasons.

Association Membership Tiers

Rights: May receive assistance from the Association, May make purchases from the Association. May attend Association events subject to Board's authorization.

*** (LTD membership may be recommended or sponsored).

Tier 1. LTD (Limited) Dues: $10/yr Individual

Tier 2. Member Dues: $12/mo. Individual; $20/mo. Family

Dues: $20/mo. Individual; $30/mo. Family

Rights: Have all of the rights of LTD members. May attend and/or participate in Association events, activities, or other offerings; including networking, and personal and professional self-improvement programs. May be granted access to Association properties and facilities.

Rights: Have all of the rights of Members. May participate in entrepreneurial intercourse with the Association.
